Once an order is received, our team gets to work. We work with some of the top vendors in the industry, and we only choose to work with suppliers that we trust to provide you with the highest quality products. Once the lens blanks are mounted on the machine for tooling, our state-of-the-art robotic milling system precisely shapes the lens blanks according to the specifications of your order.

At EDO, we uphold our commitment to quality in every order, so lenses are handled personally throughout the process to ensure that our high standards are upheld.

In the finishing process, the cut and surfaced lenses are paired with the specified frames and final adjustments are made so that the lenses can be mounted.

An automatic cutting machine traces the exact frame shape and the lens is milled down to this shape for a perfect fit. Then, the finished eyeglasses go through one final quality assurance inspection before they are ready to be shipped.

After the order is completed and we are assured that the production has met our rigorous quality standards, the glasses are packed and shipped directly to your office in a timely manner. One final status scan lets you know that the order is on its way and when you can expect it to arrive.
